Parking and Public Transport:

There is a significant amount of parking surrounding the building, and it is very easy to drop students off:

Wales Street: Free street parking, directly outside the Wales street entrance - Recommended

Lathlain Street: Paid street parking until 5pm on weekdays

Wilson’s Carpark: Diagonally opposite our building is a massive Wilsons carpark complex

Westfield Belconnen bus interchange:

The main interchange for Westfield Belconnen is directly opposite our building. This is by far the easiest bus stop to use when arriving at our location by bus. Simply get off at Westfield Belconnen and cross Lathlain street to enter our building.

What is around for parents?

The main reason we chose the location was to make it as easy as possible to get here by public transport

Westfield Belconnen.

Westfield Belconnen is one of the main shopping centres in Canberra and has a variety of stores. The key stores that might be useful for shopping are:

  • Coles

  • Woolworths

  • Aldi

  • Kmart

  • Target

  • JB Hifi

Cafe 2617: Located within the same complex - Open until 2pm on weekends in case you need a caffeine fix.

The good guys: Directly opposite our building is the Good Guys Belconnen.

Wales Street Entrance:

Entry to Wise Minds Tutoring before 7pm on Weekdays and Saturdays, outside of these hours please use the Lathlain street entrance.

Getting to Wise Minds from the Wales Street Entrance:

  1. Enter through the entrance below and go up the staircase on the left.

  2. After going up the staircase, follow the corridor down to the end and turn left

  3. After turning left at the end of the corridor, Wise Minds is the second door on the left hand side.

Lathlain Street Entrance:

Entry to Wise Minds Tutoring outside of the hours of 10am-7pm and on Sundays. When you get to the door, you will need to ring unit 4 on the panel on the right hand side and we will let you in!

Getting to Wise Minds from the Lathlain Street Entrance:

  1. Enter the entrance below and go up the staircase directly infront of you.

  2. Follow the staircase around and keep walking through the corridor until you see the corridor below.

  3. Follow this corridor to the end, turn left and Wise Minds will be on the right hand side.
